Since I officially retired from the wellness industry, I don’t have much to say about my qualifications or accolades. You can Google that fancy collection of letters and numbers up above if you’re curious.
I will say this: During my career in wellness, I worked with some truly wonderful and amazing people who taught me a lot about fighting through adversity. I also learned that many things which are extremely valuable and worthwhile go unrecognized. Despite what gets noticed or what is popular, it’s always important to do the right thing - especially when no one is looking.
This next bit seems like a run on sentence, so bear with me: In addition to the extensive education I obtained while in the wellness industry, I “walk the walk” regarding my personal fitness and wellness. With few exceptions and despite being incredibly busy navigating work, school, travel and quality time with family, I have consistently trained 6 to 7 days a week, toward specific goals and with a “clean” nutrition profile for the past 21 years.
I’m not a big ‘take pictures of myself-type person’, so the above gallery is a random collection of basically all the fitness-related photos I could scrape from my photo library.
Over time, I look forward to adding some of the projects I’ve worked on in the past to this page.
